Is Quiz Funnel GDPR compliant?

Yes. Your visitors' data (first name, email, answers) is hosted in the European Union, collected with explicit consent and used only to generate their video and your statistics. You get a DPA, and every visitor can request deletion of their data — so can you, in one click from your dashboard.

How does voice cloning work?

You record about 2 minutes of audio from your browser (or upload an existing file). Our AI creates a replica of your voice, used exclusively to generate YOUR videos. You sign explicit consent when the clone is created, and you can delete it permanently at any time.

How long does it take to generate a video?

Accepted Answer

Usually between 30 seconds and 2 minutes depending on the mode (voice only, photo avatar or lip-sync). Meanwhile, your visitor sees a personalized waiting screen with their first name. If generation exceeds the delay, they automatically receive their video by email — you never lose the lead.

Can I embed the quiz on my own site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in three ways: a direct link to share (ideal for ads and emails), an iframe embed to paste into any page, or a popup triggered on click. Compatible with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix and any custom site.

Do I have to film myself to get videos?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI Voice mode only requires 2 minutes of audio. The Photo Avatar mode animates a simple photo of you (or a fictional presenter from our catalog). Only the premium Lip-sync mode needs a short reference video — filmed once, reused for thousands of variants.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans have no commitment: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. You can export your leads and statistics before you leave. Annual plans are refundable pro rata during the first 30 days.

What does white label actually look like?

Accepted Answer

On the Scale plan: your quizzes and videos are served from YOUR domain (quiz.yourbrand.com), with your logo and colors — no mention of Quiz Funnel anywhere. It's the preferred setup for agencies reselling the service to their clients.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is available in French and English. For videos, voice cloning and synthesis work in French, English and 25+ languages (Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese…) — handy if your audience is international.
